Both CEOs, Mandy Long and Kevin McAleenan come across as adjectively honest, intelligent, humble people who truly are looking out for the best interests of the nation.
I don't anticipate more than a 10% dip after earnings that will get bought up pretty quick by long term investors who understand that even a bigger player in the space like Palantir is still in the early stages of becoming fully integrated into the DoD.
The acquisition of Pangiam feels really good, especially going into a heated political season.
National security (working with and not against Palantir), airport security (AI scanning checked luggage), border security (biometrics)... all that stuff is pretty much mandatory for the US government to stay at the forefront of and companies like Big Bear and Palantir are leading the way, showing the government how to do it right.
Working w/ the DoD on sensitive materials requires a clearance, which really limits new company's from being able to enter the space successfully.

In insight I should have listened to gut feeling more on MRVL and bought more BBAI Puts.
COST is holding on for dear life so not sure how this will open tomorrw, but overall I'm 5/6 plays correct I'm so happy

Also, on their careers page they have a ton of job listings so it seems this company is about to really start growing.
Everyone is saying that BBAI is long sailed already but yesterday morning they announced the completion of their acquisition of Pangiam.
A Yahoo finance article written yesterday morning mentioned that the acquisition makes the company a breakout leader in Vision AI for National Security, Supply Chain Management, and Digital identity.

You can even spot Delta and American Airlines staff in the photos .. anyway every pullback is a dip to buy and even if there is some selling after earnings Thurs., it's a buy as well.
What is happening now is fantastic; really a transformation of the Company into what will become something major.
Visit the Pangiam website and 'read' the bio's of the Leaders.
HE becomes President of BigBear and Mandy Long remains as CEO.
Also their already owned (with Pangiam) Ai scanner is in use by Delta Airlines and others and will go beyond the current pilot TSA security screening systems (CT, algorithm and Ai, with facial rec and biometrics) at JFK and ATL where they are being introduced.

I had this exact same problem, it's cause I keep chasing potential gain highs.. buy a 6 month out ITM or close to it, on a good company at their low yearly RSI.
I snipe a good buying dip and wait.
I didn't lose money chasing insta 50% plays or 500% lottos
That way I don't care about jpow, nvda event, bullish, dovish, fk all.
Did this on NVDA, MSFT, AI, META, AMD, BBAI and Ethereum.

I don't have 10 years in the game yet even but I've sold 3 year stocks that grew a lot when I saw a greater opportunity and I was willing to take the gamble.
Otherwise I leave the money where it is if the stock is still promising in the near future.

NVIDIA has had a great run but I'm currently feeling that some of that money could be better used for some faster climbers.
BBAI stock chart is going bonkers ..which caught my eye.
Both of them I haven't fully researched, just the ones I would start with if I decide to make a move on a new position.
I'm interested to know your thoughts on BBAI and CRM and if you think NVIDIA is only going to make small gains for the near future ..which to me its starting to feel like.. ..or maybe it's just my ADHD getting board of its relative stability of late..
...is something I need to get onto :) ..I'm in an investing lull at the moment, been letting the portfolio run on its current without adding ...although I'm getting really twitchy to trim some of my NVIDIA, to move it into something else.

I luckily got out at -80% and they basically went to 0 the day after.
A whole bunch of other stocks that I sold at +/- 1% after holding a horizontal line.
My only really big win was NKE puts.
Worst hit so far was CCL calls before earnings.
Which was also a move directed by this sub and I was up 120% on that trade.
