There were massive foreign outflows in Korea that I didn't initially understand, but Wall Street knew that the Korean government was going to go more nanny state on Korean markets. I think 2x and 3x funds are toxic, but I still want them so I don't have to worry about wide spreads after a flash crash. Algos drive most of the market, and to the Algos, MU, my favorite stock still, should move in tandem with Korean memory via many pairs trades frameworks. Every crisis is an opportunity though. Wall …
