As bad as SpaceX was, this is such an obvious rug pull and pump and dump that even the dumbest retail investors should know they're just bagholders for exit liquidity. … It's just a mystery why Meta, Google, Amazon and Microsoft would fall for the snake oil themselves, and Oracle basically speed-running a bankruptcy in tag team with CoreWeave to fund this disaster.

Oracle is backing off from cash burning. Will more companies follow?
Looks like the bottleneck is the capital. Rate is higher and higher, so borrowing makes less sense. The business itself is cash negative, so no capital from the business. Stock price of ORCL is depressed, so issuing shares/convertibles is not ideal.

ORCL holders: Would you keep holding at a $128 cost basis?
Not sure whether it's good for the long term, but for short term (less then 1 year) profit? … Everyone uses AI, and I'm sure that all those tech stocks are going to soar soon again.
So let's say OpenAI does not succeed long term; ORCL will still have collected large chunks of that $300b. … The frontier lab exposure for ORCL isn't much different compared to AMZN/GOOGL/MSFT, main difference is those other companies have a larger margin for error.
Hyperscaler debt issuance in 2026 is almost 70% of Treasury Bond Issuance as per JPM.
I believe it already has for most of them. META, GOOG, AMZN and ORCL off course are all FCF negative.
