- Your assumption goes wrong thinking they have semi comparable AI to other LLMs.
- A big reason why they are trying to pivot to cli API -> frontier LLMs.
- Benioff at this time comes out in the public end says Salesforce's internal AI upped productivity by 30% at this point.
- They continued to talk up from an unusable product to middling to now..., and try to rush to meet the promises they made years ago.
- It's a similar playbook to what happened with Customer Data platform/Genie/Customer 360 or the 10 other names and iterations it has.
