Reddit 怎麼說

看多

I expect META/Google to continue to eat their lunch in the competition for ad dollars.

Bought long term calls for GOOG 300 and META 640 at close on Friday.

Safe AI over profit? Calls on META.

看空

GOOG faceplanted, INTC faceplanted, AMZN faceplanted, META is not looking good either.

META pre 2020: Use debt at low rates to buy back stock.

META: Is diluting your stake with a split so Zuck can sell and not loose control.

Best F'ng buying opportunity in a while
Capex booms mark cycle peaks, not bottoms. META's potential $700B raise = dilution + cash flow strain. Amazon planning years of negative FCF is bearish in a high-rate environment. Google renting compute = capacity bottleneck, not strength. Long-term "scarcity until 2030" = fragility. Macro pressure (rates, oil, geopolitics) is structural, not temporary. AI demand is real, but AI profits are not. Retail sentiment is still euphoric, not capitulating. The bull case requires multiple external improvements (rates, oil, geopolitics). Liquidity is tightening, earnings weakening and risk rising.

Bought long term calls for GOOG 300 and META 640 at close on Friday. Easy money IMO. These capex investments, albeit significant, are required at this point. Can't afford NOT to. They continue to print money. They will be just fine long term.

If 1 or both of those companies follow the trend of META, INTC, GOOGL, AMZN, etc, then we could be in for a lot more pain and suffering. … Different subsectors of the market also stand to benefit from different outcomes in the midterm election cycle next week (sentiment wise, at least).

$10,000,000 RDDT YOLO Post-Mortem: I Was Wrong :(
It's just because the earnings growth looks great on a backwards looking basis. … If you see something you think is -very- safe like a near monopoly with a strong moat, reasonable valuation and are relatively certain it will outperform, I'd not get greedy and just take it.

Voice Processed $RDDT earnings
ARPU being this low compared to META is bad because it means its harder to monetize but on the plus side, it leaves more upside on the table. … Friday's selloff was largely just panic and margin calls and stop losses.

META: Is diluting your stake with a split so Zuck can sell and not loose control. … Its revenue is tied entirely to the ad market - thats driven by consumer behavior, would be impacted severely in an economic down turn (impairing their debt repayment) and they have no other revenue streams.

Weekend Discussion Thread for the Weekend of October 31-November 1
The debt is too high and with open source models and cheaper, efficient and more capable hardware entering the market, AI will become a cheap commodity. … If hyperscalers were smart, GOOG, MSFT and META should cut their losses (capex) and save their businesses.

Can it be that Black Friday is tomorrow?
GOOG faceplanted, INTC faceplanted, AMZN faceplanted, META is not looking good either. … That alone is more than enough to carry everything into the fuckin dumpster, theres a lot of panic and draggin into the mud, no ticker looks safe tonight.

Reddit stock. What's everyone doing? Holding? Selling? Averaging down?
$175... My freaking dude... I don't think you're ever recouping your losses. … The more likely scenario, concerning the same thing has happened to META and GOOG when people thought it was a dead stock, it should go back to $100-150 based on how the platform can monetize, continue to grow revenue, and implement the log in design.

META has negative free cash flow, reddit has strong positive cash generation. … Sure Meta has all those other companies but that doesnt mean that its a better investment than reddit just becuase they have so much more.

Never follow a millionaire in a manic state
Yes, investing on a company that uses free labor to run the content side, and that free labor aggressively bans people from participating in the product if they say anything contrary to the hive mind. … I don't see reddit as a good investment, the user anonymity lowers the ceiling on the value of any data they collect (GOOG and META do it better).

Oracle is backing off from cash burning. Will more companies follow?
META issued shares at $625 when the stock was $700, IMO that is not bad for them. The stock is not cheap at $625. Oracle issuing shares at $130 will utterly destroy shareholder confidence as the share price is already down 50% in one year. Don't think they'll do it unless they are desperate for cash.

r/Stocks Daily Discussion & Options Trading Thursday - Oct 29, 2026
companies like Google, MSFT, META and so on are too big to fail at this point, they can afford a "kick in the nuts" every now and then, and recover fairly quickly. … nothing in this earning reports tells me that Google is failing as a business, the worst you can say is that they aren't growing as fast as people expected.

At ~$650 per share, even if META stock were to drop by half, Nvidia and AMD would loose around ~$2.5B in equity value, while each securing somewhere in the range of $10-20B in high margin revenue. … The best case scenario for them is META stock goes up and they get both the revenue plus the capital gains.
