Looking at the return of RSP for 1 and 3 years vs the 500 is pretty interesting.
There is an boomer somewhere who is getting a good laugh out of this while simply holding RSP, BJAN and JEPI.
Fun thing about all this is it's tough to sell this on being a macro fundamental thing at all when the RSP and IWM are continuing to do what they're doing.

Fun thing about all this is it's tough to sell this on being a macro fundamental thing at all when the RSP and IWM are continuing to do what they're doing. … But honestly based on what I'm seeing, if QQQ closes where it is in the overnight, it's probably going to be another quick Trump flush like 18 or 25 with nothing huge panning out yet again.
About that "60% of stocks in SP500 are in a bear market" statement...
also iirc that 59% stat is down 20%+ from all-time highs, not 52 week highs, so some of those names peaked years ago. and the gap's been closing, equal weight RSP is having its best month vs SPY since 2009.

the equal weight vs crowded longs divergence is the more interesting part tbh. easy way to track it is just RSP vs SPY, if that gap keeps widening into the fed it's more than a one week rotation.

Studying finance has shown me that I probably can't beat the market and index funds are likely the better option.
This is why I only make moves with margin the rest is in RSP. Beating the market so far, even if my gains are small, anything positive is better than market, bc I also have the market, you know?
