Bought at 385 in Feb, sold at 1113, bought half as much again at 1183, will be looking to exit around 1500. Also bought in to Samsung and SK Hynix through EWY at that time. Thought they'd have done better, but still great. Memory has been my best (luckiest) play percentage-wise.
